Class Information for DanceSport Fitness

DanceSport Fitness - Monday, Thursday 6:30pm
DanceSport Fitness is a special program that is designed to improve your tone, coordinateion and flexibility in a fun way. In this fitness class we normally start with stretches to prepare for movement. Then we will do some core, foot, arm etc strenghtening exercises to improve overall body tone. We will continue with aerobic activity that involves simple dance moves. Then we finish off the class with cool down activities.
All these activities, little by little, will be packed in every class. Class meets twice a week and is only 30 minutes long. Thus you will not get too tired or too bored. We believe that ecersising regularly is the key to healthy life style, thus we encourage you to attend both days a week.
